Still upset about Prop 27 failing in the 2022 election and delaying the launch of California online sports betting?

Don’t be. (Or, at least, not as much as you currently are.)

Although it’s not a real-money sportsbook, Fliff offers bettors the chance to win digital tokens they can redeem for real cash prizes, such as gift card and cash. So, in effect, placing a moneyline bet on Fliff with Fliff Cash is pretty similar to betting with real money at a hypothetical BetMGM California.

Fliff NFL Week 16 Parlay Picks

Cincinnati Bengals (-190) at New England Patriots

After an iffy start to the season, Cincinnati is one of the hottest teams in the NFL.

The Bengals have won six in a row, including impressive wins over Kansas City, Tennessee, and, most recently, on the road against Tampa Bay. Joe Burrow has thrown 14 touchdowns in those six wins, compared to just four interceptions. Things are clicking right now for the reigning AFC champions.

On the flip side, the Patriots are no slouch. They’re fighting for their playoff lives, and winning in New England in the winter is by no means easy. But the Patriots’ Week 15 loss to Las Vegas doesn’t exactly inspire confidence.

Detroit Lions (-150) at Carolina Panthers

The Lions are knocking on the door of the NFL Playoffs with three straight wins over quality teams in the Jaguars, Vikings, and Jets. In fact, their only loss in the past seven games was a 28-25 nail-biter against Buffalo.

This Carolina defense is good. But the offense doesn’t scare us enough to stick with Detroit on the moneyline.

IF CA HAS SPORTS BETTING … Potential California Sportsbook Bonuses

Seattle Seahawks (+9) at Kansas City Chiefs (+100)

This is the biggest gamble of our Week 16 parlay, so obviously the odds reflect that.

Seattle has the ability to pile up points, and Kansas City has the ability to allow teams to pile up points. You saw what Houston did to the Chiefs last week, right?

The only time Kansas City has allowed fewer than 17 points this year was when the Rams mustered 10 against them on Nov. 27 … and the Rams are straight-up awful this year.

We don’t think the Seahawks will win this game. But pair the favorable offensive matchup for the Seahawks with the Midwest winter storm that may make this game weirder than normal, and we could definitely see this winding up 32-27, 28-21, or somewhere in that range.

Jacksonville Jaguars (-110) at New York Jets

When you looked at the Thursday Night Football schedule in the preseason and saw Jaguars vs. Jets in Week 16, you probably weren’t interested. Now? These are two exciting, young teams fighting for Wild Card berths in the playoffs.

These two teams are pretty evenly matched in a lot of ways. But Jacksonville is playing much better of late — winner of four of its past six, while New York is loser of four of its past six. And we’ll give the QB edge to Trevor Lawrence over Zach Wilson.

4-Leg Parlay Odds: +871

This four-leg parlay comes with +871 odds. A winning bet of $1 Fliff Cash would get a $9.71 Fliff Cash payout. A winning bet of $10 Fliff Cash would get a $97.10 Fliff Cash payout, and so on.

Fliff College Bowl Game Parlay Picks

Independence Bowl: Houston (-7) vs. Louisiana (-115)

On paper, we would have liked Houston and its high-powered offense over Louisiana in the Independence Bowl no matter what.

Then you factor in something we’ll talk about a lot with bowl game picks — opt-outs — and we like the Cougars even more.

Houston quarterback Clayton Tune is playing, and so is leading receiver Tank Dell even though he declared for the NFL Draft. On the other side, Louisiana will be without its top edge rusher in Andre Jones and its top receiver in Michael Jefferson, who are both opting out to prepare for the NFL Draft.

Combine those factors with Louisiana losing its starting quarterback to a season-ending injury in mid-November, and we’ll take the Cougars to cover all day.

Armed Forces Bowl: Air Force (+155) vs. Baylor

Sorry, Iowa State. Baylor hasn’t faced a defense as tough as Air Force’s all year. The Falcons rank No. 1 in all of college football with just 256.4 yards allowed per game. (The Cyclones are No. 6, if you’re interested.)

Beyond that, the Bears were wildly inconsistent this season. The win over Kansas was awesome, as was the near-win over CFP invitee TCU. But the loss to West Virginia was a head-scratcher, as was the 31-3 beatdown at the hands of Kansas State.

Baylor doesn’t have any notable opt-outs. But it will be without receiver Seth Jones (transfer portal) and safety Devin Neal Jr. (transfer portal). Neal’s presence will be missed, as he posted 41 tackles this season.

Air Force, meanwhile, has no opt-outs or transfer portal entrants. We’ll take the Falcons in an upset that might not feel like that much of an upset if you watch it on TV.

Gasparilla Bowl: Wake Forest (-115) vs. Missouri

The odds were pretty even on this one, but the opt-outs were not.

Missouri will be without Dominic Lovett (transfer portal), who was arguably the Tigers’ best offensive player this fall. Then Missouri will also not have three crucial pieces of its defense. Edge rushers Isaiah McGuire and D.J. Coleman and safety Martez Manuel all opted out in preparation for the NFL Draft.

Wake Forest will miss a couple pieces, too — No. 2 running back Christian Turner (transfer portal) and cornerback JJ Roberts (transfer portal). But their combined presence isn’t nearly as big as what Missouri is missing.

Hawaii Bowl: San Diego State (-265) vs. Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders

San Diego State was about as pitiful on offense as you’ll ever see in the first few weeks of the season.

Then, the Aztecs fired their offensive coordinator and turned to Mississippi State safety transfer Jalen Mayden, who was a four-star quarterback in high school, to turn the offense.

With Mayden behind center, SDSU won five of its final seven games, and Mayden averaged 245.9 passing yards per game.

We’ll agree with the oddsmakers here and take the Aztecs straight-up to pad this parlay a bit.

4-Leg Parlay Odds: +1128

This four-leg parlay comes with +1128 odds. A winning bet of $1 Fliff Cash would get a $12.28 Fliff Cash payout. A winning bet of $10 Fliff Cash would get a $122.80 Fliff Cash payout, and so on.

Combined 8-Leg Parlay Odds: +11825

If you’re feeling wild, this combined eight-leg parlay comes with +11825 odds. A winning bet of $1 Fliff Cash would get a $119.25 Fliff Cash payout. A winning bet of $10 Fliff Cash would get a $1,192.50 Fliff Cash payout, and so on.
