One of the best California Indian casinos has landed a major sponsorship deal with NASCAR.
Pala Casino Spa Resort, owned by the Pala Band of Mission Indians in Pala, California, is the title sponsor for the final NASCAR race at Auto Club Speedway. It will be called the Pala Casino 400, the casino announced in a release over the weekend.
Taking place on Feb. 25, 2024, the Pala Casino 400 will be the second race of the NASCAR Cup Series season, following the Daytona 500.

“As a casino that greatly appreciated competitive racing, Pala is thrilled to be the title sponsor of the Pala Casino 400 race in Fontana, and this historic final race at the Auto Club Speedway,” Pala Casino spokesperson Coley McAvoy said in the release.
Beyond naming rights, this agreement also makes Pala Casino Spa Resort the official casino of Auto Club Speedway, a 2-mile oval track that has hosted NASCAR races every year since 1997.
“Our fans will notice right away the enthusiasm Pala Casino brings to the table,” Auto Club Speedway President Dave Allen said. “They are determined to create an unforgettable experience for our fans, and we look forward to working with them to make this final race on the 2-mile oval an event for the ages.”

Pala Casino Spa Resort is no stranger to NASCAR. It is partnered with Live Fast Motorsports. That deal puts the Pala logo on BJ McLeod’s car at NASCAR races at Auto Club Speedway, Texas Motor Speedway, Sonoma Raceway (Sonoma, California), Phoenix Raceway, and Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
This new agreement with Auto Club Speedway will also put Pala Casino Spa Resort colors on Chris Buescher’s No. 17 RFK Ford at the Pala Casino 400.
Tickets are now available for the Pala Casino 400 at autoclubspeedway.com. Auto Club Speedway is located in Fontana, California, just northeast of Riverside and 50 miles east of Los Angeles.
