Table Mountain Casino Resort Is Now Open, Just North of Fresno

Table Mountain Casino Resort, the newest of the California Indian casinos, is now open.

The long-awaited facility built down the road from the original Table Mountain Casino had its grand opening Thursday. Celebration events will last all weekend, including a Blake Shelton concert in the new 2,000-seat event center Thursday night. The original Table Mountain Casino will now be closed as all energy is poured into the new Table Mountain Casino Resort.

Table Mountain Casino Resort Features

Just outside Fresno, the new casino resort has a 12-story hotel with 171 rooms. It features 110,000 square feet of gaming space with 2,000 slots, 33 table games, a high-limit room, and a special “Dragon’s Den” card room. The gaming space is 50% larger than the previous casino. There are also eight dining options, including Eagles Landing Steak House, Sukai Teppanyaki (a Japanese restaurant on the top floor), and Blue Oak Grille.

Table Mountain Rancheria, a federally recognized tribe of people from the Chukchansi band of Yokuts and the Monache tribe, owns Table Mountain Casino Resort. The tribe first opened a high-stakes bingo hall in 1987. Over the years, they added slots and table games to create a 70,000-square-foot casino. Now, Table Mountain Rancheria has a full-fledged casino resort with 600,000 square feet of total space.

The tribe also owns The Beach Club restaurant and Eagles Springs Golf and Country Club. The golf club is located just a mile down the road from Table Mountain Casino Resort for those interested in golfing during their stay.

Where Is Table Mountain Casino Resort Located?

Table Mountain Casino Resort’s address is 777 Jackpot Lane, Friant, CA 93626. It’s located about 20 miles north of Fresno on CA-41 — about a 30-minute drive from downtown. The new facility is built just 900 feet from the original casino.

There is one other casino in Fresno County: Mono Wind Casino in Auberry, which is located 35 miles north of Fresno.
